We offer a unique therapy based on email exchanges at your own pace. We’ll give you the keys to help you solve the specific problems in your case.

Over the course of four full email sessions, we’ll analyze your particular situation in detail.

And we’ll offer you the best tools and strategies focused on improving the climate in your home.

Phases of email therapy.

Throughout the therapy, we’ll address four sessions in different stages:

1. 1. 1. Family problem statement: A brief questionnaire will help us assess the specific situation in your home. We will apply the best psychometric techniques to focus on your case.
      2. Intervention Proposal: Once we have identified the problem and its underlying cause, our experience with different families and issues will help us focus on the most intelligent solution for your situation.

Effective Digital and Educational Resources

: We will also provide you with a series of simple digital tools that will serve as allies when it comes to parenting. They will help you assess your parenting skills and measure the changes achieved. The data will be recorded anonymously in your personal account, and you will be able to access it at any time.
1. Monthly Evaluation: We will contact you again in one month to evaluate the effectiveness of the therapy via email.
